He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and earned his B.A. in Political Science from Albany State University, his M.S. in Sport Administration from Georgia State University, his J.D. from John Marshall Law School (Atlanta), and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
